Warranty Terms

Warranty is applicable only to specific products or medical equipment if it is clearly mentioned in the official quotation issued by Al Nafay Surgical. If a warranty period is not stated in the quotation or agreement, the product will be considered sold without warranty.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty provided by Al Nafay Surgical does not cover damages or issues resulting from the following situations:

External Causes Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for damage caused by external conditions such as power outages, electrical surges, fire, water damage, extreme weather (heat, cold, lightning, or snow), accidents, third-party actions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Misuse or Mishandling

Warranty will not apply if the equipment has been misused, mishandled, improperly stored, or serviced incorrectly.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the equipment will immediately void the warranty.
All maintenance and repairs must be carried out by qualified technical personnel.

Unauthorized Changes

Any modification, alteration, or adjustment to products supplied by
Al Nafay Surgical without prior written approval will cancel the warranty.
Products manufactured according to customer specifications that later fail to meet customer expectations are also not covered.

Third-Party Equipment Integration

We do not guarantee performance or compatibility if our equipment is connected with devices or accessories that are not approved or supplied by Al Nafay Surgical.

Consumables and Wearable Parts

Certain components are considered consumables or third-party OEM parts and may carry limited or separate warranties from their original manufacturers.
These may include batteries, cables, connectors, handsets, gas springs, motors, display panels, and similar parts.

Resale Products

Products sold by Al Nafay Surgical that are not manufactured by us (resale items) are not covered under our standard warranty policy.
Such items are subject only to the warranty terms provided by the original manufacturer, if applicable.

Used or Refurbished Equipment

Any equipment sold as used or refurbished is provided “as-is” and does not include a warranty unless specifically mentioned in a written quotation or agreement issued by Al Nafay Surgical.

Important Note

All warranties offered by Al Nafay Surgical apply only to the original buyer and are non-transferable.
Warranty coverage cannot be transferred to another individual, organization, or subsequent purchaser.
